Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Trixode Studios Inc. (“Trixode Studios,” “we,” “us”), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, and cover your use of Morphika: the website, the authorization server and dashboard, the governed MCP hub, and the iPhone app. By using Morphika you agree to these terms.

Morphika is invite-only during this pilot. An account can only be created with a valid, unexpired invite code issued by an administrator. We may change, pause, or end the invite system at any time.

You agree not to:

• use Morphika for anything unlawful, or to store or transmit content you don’t have the right to;
• try to bypass, disable, or interfere with the approval and governance controls the hub enforces;
• share, sell, or publish an invite code, or attempt to obtain one under false pretenses;
• attempt to gain access to another account, workspace, or tenant’s data;
• probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt the service’s infrastructure.

You own the memories, notes, and other content you or your connected AI clients write to Morphika. You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to store it there, including content written into a workspace shared with other people.

Morphika lets you connect AI clients — Claude Code, Codex, and others — to act on your behalf through the hub. Every action a connected client takes under your credentials is treated as authorized by you. Where an action requires approval, that approval is a safety control, not a transfer of responsibility: you (or, in a shared workspace, whoever approves the request) are responsible for what you approve.

Morphika is an invite-only pilot. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trixode Studios Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Morphika. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using Morphika at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if your invite is revoked, or if we discontinue the service or a part of it. We’ll aim to give you notice where practical.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Morphika will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will change the effective date at the top of this page when we do.
